We have an opportunity for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join highly regarded Retail Property team. In this key role, you will support our Centre Management team with a range of administrative duties and property related tasks.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;

• Support the day-to-day management of the Retail Centre including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, as well as general office administration duties.
• Undertake all customer service functions including the professional and courteous management of customer enquiries and incoming phone call management
• Ensure an efficient and productive Centre Management office environment
• Database management/ merging letters/ obtaining reports/ tenant invoice distribution
• Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenants requests
• Act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant and customer related queries
• Ensure documentation is up to date and appropriately recorded
• Enter tenant sales, insurance, tenant contact and lease information into the system
• Other general administrative tasks as required

About you:

• Previous administrative experience working within a fast-paced office environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
• Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks
