YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Supporting the Office Manager and Operational Services team, key areas of support you will provide include but are not limited to:

• Administration support to team members as directed
• Provide backup reception services and support as required. This includes meeting and greeting clients and answering and directing calls
• Co-ordinating incoming parcel collection & distribution
• Opening and closing of team kitchen (as required)
• Regular kitchen cleaning and maintenance throughout the day as per required schedules
• Regular stocktakes of kitchen items, reordering/replenishing stock as required
• Manage and maintain all aspects of office archiving systems including off-site facilities
• Set up, cleaning and resetting of meeting rooms after each use
• Co-ordinating outgoing mail, organise outgoing deliveries (physical deliveries of mail / courier as required)
• Maintenance of office equipment
• Ad hoc projects
• Any other duties as required

You will be agile, responsive and enjoy the challenge of supporting a busy team. This position will suit someone with prior administration experience who is able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive approach to work, demonstrates initiative
• Takes ownership of own work, and responsibility for own performance and development
• Is consistent and reliable in delivery of work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with people at all levels
• Positive can-do attitude and willing to adapt to the changing demands of a dynamic environment
• Shows attention to detail and accuracy to avoid errors, self-checks work

Desirable

• Previous administration experience within a corporate environment would be advantageous
