Position Details
Mater Dei College has the opportunity for a Principal’s Executive Assistant and Enrolments to become an integral part of the College’s Administrative Department, for 2024 on an ongoing basis.
In this dual, dynamic role, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive and proficient individual to provide comprehensive administration support to the Principal, whilst working simultaneously, in liaison, with the Enrolments Officer to support the College’s enrolments process.
The Principal’s Executive Assistant and Enrolments will demonstrate the ability to build a strong rapport with both College members and external stakeholders whilst undertaking a wide range of administrative and Executive support tasks.
The Principal’s Executive Assistant and Enrolments will be in attendance 5 days per week, 8:00am to 4:00pm for 45 weeks per year. It is a requirement of this role that 5 weeks will be worked during the school holiday period.

Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high level of organisational and time management skills, with the proven ability to work equally well independently and in a team, whilst supporting the Catholic ethos.
The successful applicant will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to be flexible and confident in different situations by providing assistance across a variety of tasks.
The role will require a high level of confidentiality and discretion and must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
