WOW are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our client’s team as HR support to a lively Sales Team.  Based in Surry Hills, you will have excellent communication skills, be well-presented, and have previous experience in a customer service/reception/front desk role.  Ideal for someone looking to take their steps into HR/Recruitment!

About the role:

• This is a full-time position, 8.45am-6pm with some flexibility, and a 2pm finish on Fridays!
• Meting and greeting front of office
• Managing internal recruitment processes – booking in appointments
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates

• Using an ATS system to track and manage candidate applications
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
• General office futies such as keeping the reception area and office tidy and organised
• Filing paperwork and maintaining accurate records

About you:

• Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia
• A can-do attitude
• 2 years of experience working in a customer service/reception/front desk role
• Previous experience in managing internal recruitment and screening resumes a bonus but not essential
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Well-presented and professional
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to pick up new software systems
