Reporting to the Executive leadership team, this role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting organisational growth, and empowering staff to achieve their best.
This position is ideal for an HR professional passionate about making a meaningful impact, enhancing employee development, and shaping a workplace culture that reflects the organisation’s values and mission.
The organisation are currently developing their Strategic Plan for the next 5-10 years and this newly created role will be heavily involved in that program of work.
