Overview
About You
In the role of Executive Assistant, you will offer professional administrative support to the Executive Director. Additionally, you will serve as the Office Coordinator, participating in ATN’s administrative support and sharing responsibility for the presentation of the ATN office in both physical and virtual settings. Collaborating with the wider ATN team, you will ensure the smooth internal functioning of the office. You will directly communicate with stakeholders such as Vice-Chancellors, senior executives, and Members of Parliament, while also providing assistance to ATN members as needed.
Your daily responsibilities will involve tasks such as researching, preparing, and responding to emails, managing diary requests, and handling phone calls promptly and professionally. Demonstrating effective communication, competence, initiative, discretion, and confidentiality will be essential in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to embrace a continuous improvement mindset and work collaboratively with other ATN team members.
