About You

As the Program Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective academic administration services that support the student life cycle. You will have strong customer service orientation and you will be expected to work closely with academic and professional staff in the School. You will also be an active participant in School service improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this position, you will have as a minimum:

• Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality services and support in a university environment or similarly large/complex organisation.
• Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in the provision of quality customer service, including sound knowledge and consistent application of policies and procedures.

Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.
