The Role
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this role provides administrative support to the Marketing & Trading Team by organising and coordinating a variety of tasks.
With the return of international travel, there has been an increase in both customers visiting Western Australia as well as the Marketing & Trading team visiting our overseas customers. In conjunction with the manager, this role will play an integral part of the planning and execution of intense travel itineraries as well as international customer delegations.
This vacancy is to cover an internal secondment and is a fixed term period for 12 months.
