The Opportunity
Working closely with Project Manager and Projects Team
Maintenance of system data
Task tracking
Budget and resource management
Provide a range of administrative support such as: preparation of documents, briefings, reports and preparing draft correspondence
Organise and take minutes for team meetings
What you’ll need to succeed:
A positive, open, helpful mindset
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Previous Project Administrator experience
High level of customer service
Present and communicate in a professional manner
Excellent written and verbal skills
Advantageous to have previously worked in Government Sector
