What you will be doing… Based on reception and reporting to the Business Development Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Greeting customers and answering phone calls
Maintaining common areas
Assist with construction administration where needed
General reception and admin duties
Preparing tenders and EOI responses
Much, much more!
Do you have what it takes… To succeed in this role you will have a positive attitude and ideally a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a reception or admin capacity. Your flawless attention to detail coupled with your ability to prioritise your workload efficiently is what will define success in this role! Strong written communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential to any applicants considering applying.
