About the Company: Our client is a world leading Private Investment Management firm, seeking a Front of House Receptionist / Executive Assistant duties available.
Comprehensive diary and calendar management
Booking and coordinating meetings
Organizing of travel arrangements both Domestic and International
Completing expenses and credit card reconciliations
Working closely with the Global Head of Facilities to organize and coordinate IT equipment, budgets, onboarding of new staff etc.
Overseeing the management of suppliers/invoicing
First point of contact for the Building Management team
Management of receptionist/junior EA including checking work, mentoring, training etc.
Experience as a Team Assistant, preferably in Financial Services
Experience in Office Management / or Reception
Strong attention to detail
Able to stay calm and professional under pressure
Flexible after hours to accommodate time zones when necessary
