Receptionist / Executive Assistant Full Time

Job Summary:

About the Company:
Our client is a world leading Private Investment Management firm, seeking a Front of House Receptionist / Executive Assistant duties available. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive diary and calendar management
• Booking and coordinating meetings
• Organizing of travel arrangements both Domestic and International
• Completing expenses and credit card reconciliations
• Working closely with the Global Head of Facilities to organize and coordinate IT equipment, budgets, onboarding of new staff etc. 
• Overseeing the management of suppliers/invoicing
• First point of contact for the Building Management team
• Management of receptionist/junior EA including checking work, mentoring, training etc.

About You:

• Experience as a Team Assistant, preferably in Financial Services
• Experience in Office Management / or Reception 
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Flexible after hours to accommodate time zones when necessary
