What does the job look like?

We are currently seeking a poised and professional Receptionist to join our team in Regency Park on a 12 month Max Term contract. As the welcoming face of Linfox, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members. Your role is instrumental in ensuring a warm, efficient, and organised reception area, while upholding our company’s high standards and values.

Key areas:

• Ensure all visitors to site sign in and complete the site induction
• Maintain a high level of customer services to both internal and external customers
• Arrange couriers for local, interstate and international deliveries.
• Ordering and maintaining tea coffee, kitchen supplies, cleaning products and Uniforms
• Assisting with function organisation, ordering catering
• Maintaining reception area, ensuring the level of presentation in all areas of the front desk is excellent
• Assisting the Facilities Manager and Operations managers with other administrative tasks when required.

As the receptionist you will be friendly, proactive and a customer focused individual who wishes to represent a global leader in logistics. With an outstanding telephone manner, a positive professional attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, you can demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• The ability to meet deadlines with outstanding attention to detail
