Position Summary
This position forms part of an administration pool that provides support across the teams and to the National office as needed. The role will support one or more Executive’s and their team/s as needed either temporarily or permanently. This position will support the end-to-end planning of meetings, engagement with external and internal stakeholders, financial administration, travel bookings, and selected projects as they arise. The role will include:
Area 1 General Manager Support:
Area 2 Events/Meetings/Conferences
Area 3 Finance
Area 4 Administration
Area 5 Reception and EA Support

Location: Newtown, Sydney – flexible working arrangements
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Remuneration: $70,000 – $73,000 + Salary Packaging + Super
Hours of Work: 5 days / 37.5 hours per week
*Due to the nature of Canteen’s work, you will be required to (very) occasionally work weekends and evenings. Advance notice will be given when this is the case, and Canteen does have a Time off in Lieu policy for taking leave as agreed with the supervising manager.
