Our client is a technology company that specializes in digital solutions for the healthcare industry, particularly in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supporting the C-levels in managing the company’s operations and driving strategic initiatives for the organisation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and manage strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the C-level vision and goals.
• Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support decision-making processes and provide valuable insights for key projects.
• Developing and implementing the company’s strategic plans, including goal setting, performance tracking, and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and potential risks.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar project management/ business consulting role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good command in English
• Indonesian nationality is highly preferred due to specific regulatory requirements and local market knowledge.
