About the role:

Your role purpose is to deliver an exceptional and unique employee and visitor experience, ensuring our home is always a warm and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for overall office activities, including the reception area, purchasing office and kitchen supplies, facilities management, event management and other ad hoc office requests.

How you will add value:

• Managing our Office Experience Assistant
• Keeping our office running at the peak efficiency
• Welcoming visitors and managing the visitor sign-in process
• Organising in-house team events
• Completing regular stock-taking and placing orders for stationery products and kitchen supplies
• Leading the coordination of our Monthly Town Hall sessions
• Conducting regular Work Health & Safety Audit and update
• Maintain the storage and organisation of the entire office

About you:

• Experience in working in an office environment supporting teams and office Coordination
• Experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
• Experience working with Canva
• Interest in or experience in event planning/coordination
