• Remuneration: $108, 119 to $121,982 per annum plus Superannuation and Leave Loading

About The Opportunity

• Provide a range of project management and secretarial support services for key projects and programs for the Executive Director, Senior Leadership Team and Executive Officer
• Prepare, coordinate and review high-level documentation and communications
• Research, collate and coordinate reports, advice and briefings on complex policy and operational matters to support informed decision-making and planning
• Manage and evaluate administrative processes across the Division
• Develop and maintain liaison relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate Division wide staff training
• Develop and maintain an online centralised resource tool using Microsoft SharePoint

About You

You will have demonstrated experience in executive and project support roles in a large or government organisation. The key to success in this role will be your ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and your ability to manage competing priorities. It is essential that you also have:

• The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
• A solution focused mindset and you are ready to bring your ideas to the table and think outside the box
• Self-motivation and you are able to work independently
• Flexibility with the capability to quickly utilise new software systems and processes

Essential Requirement

• Exceptional program and administrative skills
• Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Office experience
