Location: Remote – Open to NSW residents, including regional areas
Contract Duration: 3 months with option to extend
Salary: $62ph plus super

Are you an experienced Call Centre Team Leader with a proven track record of managing teams of 10 or more in a high-volume customer service environment? A NSW Government agency is seeking a motivated leader to oversee frontline operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
