Call Centre Team Leader – NSW Government (Contract Role, Fully Remote)
Location: Remote – Open to NSW residents, including regional areas
Contract Duration: 3 months with option to extend
Salary: $62ph plus super
Start Date: Immediate start required

Are you an experienced Call Centre Team Leader with a proven track record of managing teams of 10 or more in a high-volume customer service environment? A NSW Government agency is seeking a motivated leader to oversee frontline operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. This fully remote role is open to NSW residents, including those in regional areas.
About the Role:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of 10+ call centre agents to achieve performance targets
• Monitoring and managing daily workflow, ensuring service levels are met
• Handling escalations, providing real-time support and guidance to staff
• Conducting performance reviews and implementing coaching strategies
• Maintaining compliance with government policies, procedures, and service standards
• Driving team engagement and fostering a positive, high-performing culture

About You:

• Proven experience leading call centre teams of 10+ people in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on coaching and performance improvement
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer concerns
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Availability to commit to the full contract period with no planned leave or holiday commitments
• Experience working in government or highly regulated environments (desirable but not essential)
• Reliable home office setup with a strong internet connection for remote work
