Corporate Relations and Student Placement Manager Full Time Hybrid

Job description

Due to their continued popularity and rapid growth, one of our partner clients in the higher education space has the urgent need for a Student Placement and Corporate Relationship Manager.
 
They operate internationally, with campuses in several countries around the world, and now need someone to join their already established, yet newly built campus in Sydney.

Benefits:
 

• Salary between $100,000 and $110,000 + Super

Scope

• Conduct campus placements and internships for all their students for all programs across a variety of industries and sectors.
• Conduct placement/internship promotion activities on campus through industry talks, guest lectures, company presentations, interactions with student alumni groups.
• Achieve the placement targets for students enrolled across different programs.
• Manage the end-to-end logistics of the placement/internship process, from reviewing the job descriptions, student enrolment, test administration, interview process, right through to the offer management.
• Help the students with the onboarding process and follow up with them in timely manner.
• Develop a database of connections with recruiters / company HR of at least 500 top companies for research and business development.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Desirable:

• Previous experience in the field of Business Development in Sydney
• Experience in events organising or attending networking events
• Sound and proven experience in problem solving
• Intermediate – advanced skills with Microsoft Office

Mandatory:

• Degree qualified (in Marketing or similar)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industry – in either Student Career Advising, Business Development or Sales
• Ability to work well autonomously
• Must be a confident communicator and excellent at rapport building and relationship management
