WOW recruitement are looking for a stand out Customer Service Manager for a respected supplier whose clients range within the hospitality and office product space. We’re looking for a go-getter who has ideas to bring to the table who will receive great recognition for their efforts.
Managing a diverse team of 4 customer service agents with excellent pre-existing relationships with clients you will be;
Working closely with customers post-purchase, identifying upselling opportunities.
Handle problem resolution through account management and maintaining regular contact.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in sales and finance.
Collate data and provide feedback to the sales team and director – they’re very open and have a collaborative approach.
Encourage orders to take place through the client platform.
Contiunously review performance and identify areas of improvement.
What we’re looking for;
Proven track record of process improvements
5+ years of experience in customer service management
Someone with ideas who is happy to share and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent numerical and data analysis skills.
Proficient in SAP platform, Excel, Word.
Someone enthusiastic and positive about finding the best outcomes
