WOW Recruitment have an incredible opportunity for our client’s growing and well-established Customer Service team.  They are an incredibly well reputed global gambling corporation based in Sydney CBD. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide the highest level of support to our customers via email and chat on a range of issues
• To maximise customer retention through quality customer service
• Communicating and cooperating with other departments as required
• Taking an active interest in driving process and quality improvements across the department
• Fulfilment of other tasks as required
• Testing of new games, products and software as required.
• Coordinate and maintain communications between the Australian team and international offices 

WHAT YOU NEED

• Internet experience and technically proficient
• Proven Customer service experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Confident oral communicator
• Patience and diplomacy
• Good interpersonal skills
• Reasoning and analytic ability
• Knowledge and experience of the gambling industry an advantage
• Motivated to work in an open, dynamic, and flexible environment
