Early Childhood Educator Full Time

WOW Recruitment is proud to be partnered with an Early Childhood Centre in the Western suburbs of Sydney, who have asked us to source a full-time/permanent Diploma Educator, to work with all ages within the centre, as required.

Qualifications/Credentials

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• WWCC
• Emergency First Aid

Essential Experience

• Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework

Objectives

• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management to deliver best outcomes for families and children.
• Contribute to the educational program under the direction of the Lead Educator to provide a highquality program for all children.
• Assist with the smooth running of the room in line with relevant regulations, policies and procedures under the direction of the Lead.

Pay

• Approximately $31 + Super per hour
