Internal Sales Representative Full Time

WOW Recruitment are looking for a dynamic and passionate Outbound Sales Representative to join a leading global leader in Visual Communications solutions. Based in South Strathfield, you will join an established team that drives sales by selling top-of-the-line world class products to warm clients.
 

• $70k + Comms ($10K -15K) + Super + Annual Bonus & Pay Review
• Based in South Strathfield with parking On-site

ABOUT THE ROLE
 
As an Outbound Sales Representative, your role will entail servicing existing customers, following up on leads, and increasing customer base. You will be the first point of contact for all sales enquiries. Your enthusiasm and knack for assisting customers will help you provide customers with tailored options to meet their needs. We are looking for an Energetic and Results-Driven individual who will support a successful Sales team. You are passionate about following up on sales leads and serving existing accounts!

WHAT YOU WILL DO
 

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up leads, and assist customers with product enquiries
• Contacting customers to establish and develop relationships with current and prospective customers 
• Maintain CRM system with accurate customer information
• Manage a sales call cycle with existing accounts
• Assist customers with after sales support
• Provide customers with a superior experience in all engagements
• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet company objectives

 
WHAT YOU NEED 
 

• 1 – 2 years’ experience working in a similar role as an Outbound Sales or Account Manager
• Proven experience working in a phone-based sales environment
• A background in a product-based environment is ideal
• A proactive approach to delivering exceptional service to customers
• Excellent communication and relationship – building skills
• Previous experience working with CRM systems
