About the role and responsibilities
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our friendly, close-knit team. You will be managing the Front of House area with a focus on delivering the highest standards of hospitality and client care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the client space ensuring everything is ready for our guests
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Maintaining visitor register
- Manage and provide contractor / temporary security passes
- Managing the meeting room calendar
- Arranging travel and accommodation requests
- Assisting with boardroom and client events
- Manage catering requests
- Expense management
- Managing interstate and local couriers
- WHS responsibilities including evacuation tour
About you
To be successful, you will be required to have:
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to resolve queries professionally
- Previous Reception or Concierge experience
- Great attention to detail
- Highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to work independently
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
