The company:

A leading global insurer based in Melbourne CBD has an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join their driven and well-established team.
  
The Role:

1. Processing and organizing policies.
2. Communicating with stakeholders as needed.
3. Providing knowledge on the process to the offshore team.
4. Ensure relevant processes are maintained according to current business practices.
5. Assuring the quality and improving the processes as required.
6. Managing high-volume processes.

  
About you;

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Insurance/Superannuation industry knowledge is highly desirable.
3. An organizer with strong planning ability and attention to detail.
4. Ability to network across stakeholders to get things done.
5. Target-driven and time management skills.
6. Able to work in fast pace environment.
