Receptionist Temporary

Wow Recruitment are seeking an experienced Receptionist for an established luxury and commercial vehicle automotive brand located in Canterbury.

This front-of-house role is an ideal mix of reception and hospitality and would suit a confident, friendly and ambitious candidate. The appropriate candidate will be well presented, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. 
 
** $32 per hour + super **
** Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5PM **
** Temporary – Permanent opportunity **

What you will be doing?

• Handling enquiries both by phone and walk-in
• Support with making service bookings inbound and outbound
• Interacting and fostering relationships with our customers
• Overseeing the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge
• Making customer beverages
• Handling administrative tasks
• Professionally representing BMW and the Autosports Group at all times
• Supporting team members to achieve positive outcomes 
• The hours of work will be 8am- 5pm

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent phone manners and communication skills.
• Confident IT skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a highly professional approach.
• A proven capacity to work autonomously.
• A friendly, customer service-oriented nature.
• You thrive on being able to solve problems and offer solutions.
