Why is my advert “awaiting approval”?

Quality checks are conducted to ensure that any advert containing offensive or discriminatory words are removed. 

Any adverts that include contact details will also be held in a queue while awaiting content approval. These quality checks and amendments are carried out by our team before jobs are published on our site to ensure a safe experience for our jobseekers.

Can I set up a new user on our account?

Unfortunately not at this time. Whilst we are operating on our first MVP website, we only have access for one user per company. We suggest setting up multiple company users in cities or states e.g: Rose’s Recruitment – Sydney, Rose’s Recruitment – Brisbane etc. We intend to build this feature in version 2.0 so please bare with us.

I purchased credits online, how do I access a copy of my Tax Invoice?

When you sign in to your Admin Avenues account, click on dashboard, go to the bottom right Your Listing Packages, and click on the link to the job/package you wish to access and download.

I have forgotten my password or am having trouble logging in.

To reset your password, simply click here.

Once you have provided your registered email address, we’ll email you with instructions for resetting your admin avenues password.

I’m getting a message saying “We need to activate your subscription so you have full access to your account”

If you are a recruiter with an existing account, please contact the Admin Avenues team on 1300 236 462. Alternatively, jobseekers seeing this message can simply return to the main site by clicking on the ‘Jobseekers’ button on the home page.

How long will I have access to the applications I’ve received?

Applications are stored within your account on your Dashboard for your to access at any time. The exception being if a candidate has requested their application be deleted.

Do you offer packages for job posting?

Yes, please get in touch with our team at [email protected] or call us on 1300 236 462 to find out about the bespoke packages and upgrades we offer.

How do I stop receiving emails from Admin Avenues?

To stop receiving emails from Admin Avenues, scroll to the bottom of the email and click the “UNSUBSCRIBE” link. If you continue to receive emails from Admin Avenues, it’s likely because you’ve registered with more than one email address, so you will need to click the “UNSUBSCRIBE” link again in that email as well. 

We of course allow you to opt-out of marketing and promotional emails but there may be some emails in relation to your account that you cannot unsubscribe from. For any further queries on this, please email us at [email protected]
